Your financial data is sensitive. This policy explains exactly what data CoinFlow collects, how we protect it, which third-party services we use, and what we will never ask for — including your bank passwords or full credit card numbers. Use of CoinFlow is also governed by our Terms of Service.

1. Who We Are

WARE ALLINONE LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the CoinFlow finance and expense tracking application. Our registered address is 420 W Belmont Ave 16B, Chicago, IL 60657, United States. For privacy inquiries, contact us at chloe@wareallinonellc.online.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use CoinFlow, we may collect the following categories of information:

Account information: Name, email address, and app preferences you provide during registration.
Financial transaction data: Transaction amounts, dates, merchant names, and account balances — either entered manually by you or imported via a connected financial institution.
Device information: Device type, operating system version, and anonymous crash logs to improve app stability.
Usage data: Feature interactions and anonymized analytics to improve the user experience.

3. Third-Party Financial Data APIs

CoinFlow offers two modes of operation. The data handling differs significantly between them:

3a. Connected Account Mode (Plaid Integration)

When you choose to link a bank or financial institution, CoinFlow uses Plaid Inc. ("Plaid") as our third-party financial data aggregator. Plaid is a SOC 2 Type II certified service used by thousands of financial applications.

Plaid securely connects to your financial institution on your behalf using read-only API access.
CoinFlow receives transaction history, account balances, and account metadata — not your bank login credentials.
Your bank username and password are entered directly into Plaid's secure interface. WARE ALLINONE LLC never sees, stores, or has access to your banking passwords.

You may disconnect linked accounts at any time from within CoinFlow or through Plaid's consumer portal at my.plaid.com.

3b. Local-Only Mode (No Third-Party API)

If you use CoinFlow without connecting external accounts, all financial data is stored locally on your device using encrypted storage. In this mode:

No financial data is transmitted to our servers or any third-party financial API.
No Plaid or similar SDK is invoked.
Data remains on your device unless you explicitly enable cloud backup (which applies AES-256 encryption before upload).

We will never ask for: Your bank passwords, ATM PINs, full credit card numbers, CVV codes, or Social Security numbers through CoinFlow or any WARE ALLINONE LLC communication channel.

4. Data Encryption & Security

We implement multiple layers of security to protect your financial information:

Encryption at rest: All stored financial data is encrypted using AES-256 encryption.
Encryption in transit: All data transmitted between the CoinFlow app and our servers uses TLS 1.2 or higher.
Local storage encryption: On-device data in local-only mode is encrypted using platform-native secure enclave technology (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore).
Access controls: Internal access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis, with audit logging.
No plaintext storage: Financial transaction data is never stored in unencrypted form on our servers.

5. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information solely to:

Provide and maintain the CoinFlow expense tracking and budgeting features.
Sync transactions and generate financial reports you request.
Send bill reminders and budget alerts you configure.
Improve app performance and fix bugs.
Respond to your support requests.

We do not use your financial data for advertising, sell it to data brokers, or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We may share limited data only in these circumstances:

Service providers: Plaid (for account linking), cloud hosting providers (encrypted data only), and analytics services (anonymized usage data only).
Legal requirements: When required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of WARE ALLINONE LLC and our users.
Business transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition, with prior notice to affected users.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account and financial data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion:

All personal and financial data is permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days.
Encrypted backups are purged within 90 days.
Local-only data on your device is removed when you uninstall the app.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access and export your data (CSV/PDF export available in-app).
Correct inaccurate information in your account.
Delete your account and all associated data.
Opt out of non-essential analytics.
Disconnect linked financial institutions at any time.

9. Children's Privacy

CoinFlow is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a minor has provided us with data, please contact us immediately.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of CoinFlow after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
